Refund and Replacement Policy
In this policy, if the customer receive a damaged product or if the product is having any issues in operation then customer can opt for replacement of the product.
For refunds it will be made to the customer bank account details provided within 5 working days of receiving the refund request
The Product Categories for which this policy is applicable are Water Purifiers, Water Softeners, Water Filtration Systems, Alkaline Products, Refills of products.
Returns are only applicable for Water Purifiers, water filtration systems and Water Softeners and not on other Bepure products
Within 7 days the customer has to inform our customer care number 8448440117 or WhatsApp +91 9665455739 and notify about the situation.
Our customer care team will initiate the replacement or return of your product. As soon as the product is picked up by our delivery partner the replacement order is also placed for the product and product will reach you in 3-7 working days.
Electric components are covered in warranty and would be replaced free of cost. You will be required to pay a minimal visit charge for the visit.
The product needs to be properly packed in the box package while returning the product.
